The unique cog-wheel model shown is one of an almost unlimited array of possible designs and is optionally available locked in place with our proprietary S screws.

Machined in light-weight surgical grade 6A4V Titanium for maximum biocompatibility and light weight, the model shown fits a 2 inch trans-scrotal piercing.
